Good to know

• Book at least 30 minutes before the start time.
• Bookings open up to 90 days ahead.
• Bookings are confirmed straight away.
• Cancel 12 hours or more before the start for a full refund.
• Cancel later than 12 hours before the start and 50% is refunded.
• Within 1 hour of the start a booking can no longer be cancelled.
• Move a booking at least 12 hours before the start; later than that counts as a late cancellation.
• A late cancellation is recorded and costs nothing.
• A missed booking uses up the credit that paid for it.
