Bookings open up to 90 days ahead.
Bookings are confirmed automatically after 15 minutes.
Cancel 1 day or more before the start for a full refund.
Cancel later than 1 day before the start and 50% is refunded.
Within 30 minutes of the start a booking can no longer be cancelled.
Move a booking at least 1 hour before the start; later than that counts as a late cancellation.
A late cancellation is recorded and costs nothing.
A missed booking uses up the credit that paid for it.
