Rewards Terms

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the EasyBook Rewards Program ("Program"), operated by EasyBook ("we," "us," "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Program Description

The EasyBook Rewards Program is a loyalty program that allows eligible participants to earn EasyCoins (loyalty points), achieve membership tiers, receive referral rewards, and enter prize draws ("Sweepstakes") by making bookings through the EasyBook platform at participating businesses ("Rewards Partners").

2. Eligibility

2.1 General Requirements

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)

• Have a verified EasyBook account with a valid email address

• Comply with these Terms and the EasyBook Terms of Service

• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited by law

2.2 Account Requirements

• One (1) EasyBook account per person

• Account information must be accurate and up-to-date

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account is prohibited

2.3 Business Eligibility (Rewards Partners)

To enroll as a Rewards Partner, businesses must:

• Have an active EasyBook business account in good standing

• Have at least one (1) published venue visible to customers

• Accept the Rewards Partner terms and conditions

Automatic Withdrawal: If a Rewards Partner unpublishes all of their venues, they will be automatically withdrawn from the Rewards Partner program. This includes removal from active discount campaigns, expiration of pending campaign invitations, and application of the 30-day cooling-off period for re-enrollment.

2.4 Exclusions

The following are not eligible to participate:

• Employees of EasyBook and their immediate family members (for Sweepstakes only)

• Persons who have violated these Terms or the EasyBook Terms of Service

• Persons in jurisdictions where the Program is prohibited

3. EasyCoins

3.1 Earning EasyCoins

You may earn EasyCoins through the following activities:

EasyCoins can be redeemed at a rate of 100 EasyCoins = 100 ALL.

3.2 Tier Multipliers

Your membership tier may increase your earning rate:

• Bronze: 1.0x (no bonus)

• Silver: 1.1x (+10% bonus)

• Gold: 1.25x (+25% bonus)

• Platinum: 1.5x (+50% bonus)

• Diamond: 2.0x (+100% bonus)

3.3 EasyCoins Properties

• Non-Transferable: EasyCoins cannot be transferred between accounts

• No Cash Value: EasyCoins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Non-Refundable: EasyCoins used for redemptions cannot be refunded except as provided herein

• No Interest: EasyCoins do not accrue interest

3.4 Expiration

EasyCoins may expire after twenty-four (24) months of account inactivity. Activity includes any booking, redemption, or referral activity. We will provide reasonable notice before expiring EasyCoins.

3.5 Balance Adjustments

EasyBook reserves the right to adjust EasyCoins balances in cases of:

• System errors or technical issues

• Fraudulent activity

• Canceled or refunded bookings

• Violation of these Terms

4. Membership Tiers

4.1 Tier Structure

4.2 Tier Determination

• Tiers are based on lifetime EasyCoins earned (not current balance)

• Spending EasyCoins does not affect your tier status

• Tier upgrades are automatic upon reaching thresholds

• Tier benefits begin immediately upon upgrade

4.3 Tier Benefits

Benefits vary by tier and may include:

• Increased earning multipliers

• Enhanced draw entry multipliers

• Early access to new features and promotions

• Free shipping on merchandise rewards

4.4 Tier Changes

EasyBook reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits, and structure with reasonable notice to participants.

5. Rewards Redemption

5.1 Available Rewards

Rewards may include merchandise, vouchers, experiences, and other items as offered in the Rewards Catalog. Availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

5.2 Redemption Process

To redeem EasyCoins:

• Select a reward from the Rewards Catalog

• Confirm you have sufficient EasyCoins balance

• Provide required information (shipping address for physical items)

• Complete the redemption

5.3 Voucher Terms

• Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from date of issuance

• Vouchers are valid at any Rewards Partner business

• Vouchers are non-transferable and one-time use

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

• Expired vouchers will not be replaced or refunded

5.4 Physical Merchandise

• Free shipping within supported regions

• Delivery times: 5-10 business days (EU)

• Tracking information provided via email

• Shipping restrictions may apply to certain items or destinations

5.5 Cancellations and Returns

• Redemptions may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet processed

• Physical items may be returned per EasyBook's standard return policy

• Returned items will be credited as EasyCoins at the original redemption rate

• Vouchers and digital rewards are non-refundable once issued

6. Referral Program

6.1 Referral Eligibility

To earn referral rewards:

• You must have a verified EasyBook account

• Your referral code must be used by the referee during signup

• The referee must meet conversion requirements

Note: Business referrals (Business to Business) award platform credits (ALL) rather than EasyCoins. Platform credits can be used to offset subscription or platform fees.

6.4 Referral Milestones

Additional bonus rewards are available upon reaching referral milestones (3, 5, and 10 successful referrals).

6.5 Prohibited Referral Activities

The following are prohibited:

• Self-referrals

• Creating fake accounts to receive referral bonuses

• Offering cash or other incentives for referrals beyond Program benefits

• Spamming or unsolicited referral communications

• Any fraudulent or deceptive practices

6.6 Fraud Prevention

Referrals are subject to fraud detection. We may:

• Delay reward issuance pending review (up to 7 days)

• Reject referrals deemed fraudulent

• Reverse rewards issued for fraudulent referrals

• Terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity

7. Prize Draws (Sweepstakes)

7.1 No Purchase Necessary

Where required by law, no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Alternative method of entry may be provided.

• Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries

• Selection occurs on the scheduled draw date

• Multiple entries increase chances proportionally

• Selection method is computerized random selection

7.5 Prize Claiming

• Winners will be notified via email to their registered address

• Winners must respond within thirty (30) days to claim prizes

• Winners must provide requested information (address, ID verification, bank details as applicable)

• Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after the claim deadline

7.6 Prize Terms

• Prizes are non-transferable

• No cash alternative unless specified

• Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty

• EasyBook is not responsible for prize delivery by third parties

• Tax liability for prizes is the responsibility of the winner

7.7 Void Where Prohibited

Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for determining the legality of participation in their jurisdiction.

8. Program Changes and Termination

8.1 Program Modifications

EasyBook reserves the right to:

• Modify Program terms, conditions, and benefits

• Change earning rates, redemption values, and tier thresholds

• Add, modify, or discontinue rewards

• Modify Sweepstakes rules and prizes

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

8.2 Program Termination

EasyBook may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination:

• Participants will have ninety (90) days to redeem accrued EasyCoins

• Unredeemed EasyCoins will be forfeited after the redemption period

• Pending Sweepstakes may be completed or canceled at our discretion

8.3 Account Termination

We may terminate your participation if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Abuse the Program

• Violate the EasyBook Terms of Service

Upon termination, all accrued EasyCoins and benefits are forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Program Availability

The Program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability.

9.2 Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYBOOK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9.3 Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYBOOK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

9.4 Maximum Liability

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF EASYCOINS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIM.

10. Privacy

10.1 Data Collection

Participation in the Program requires collection and processing of personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

10.2 Communications

By participating, you consent to receive Program-related communications via email. You may opt out of promotional communications.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the EasyBook Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program.

12. Sweepstakes-Specific Terms

12.1 Sponsor

The Sweepstakes are sponsored by EasyBook.

12.2 Entry Period

Each Sweepstakes campaign has defined start and end dates published in the campaign details.

12.3 Drawing

Winners are selected within seven (7) days of the campaign end date.

12.4 Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

12.5 Winner List

A list of winners may be obtained by contacting [email protected] within sixty (60) days of the draw date.

By participating in the EasyBook Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
