This Cookie Policy explains how EasyBook AI shpk uses cookies and similar technologies on the EasyBook Partner platform — the dashboard at partner.easybook.ai and the EasyBook Partner mobile apps. For how we process personal data generally, see the Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let us recognise your device and remember things about your visit — that you are signed in, which language you prefer, and which cookie categories you have consented to.
The Partner mobile apps use platform-equivalent storage, such as secure preferences storage, for the same purposes.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the platform to work: authentication, session security, load balancing, locale selection, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be turned off.
Functional
Remember your preferences — theme, week start, calendar view — so the dashboard is consistent between sessions, and allow the Google Maps components used for venue address search and map display to load. Functional cookies are off until you allow them; without them the dashboard still works, you reconfigure preferences each time, and map surfaces show a prompt instead of a map.
Analytics
Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Analytics cookies fire only after you consent in the cookie banner, and IP addresses are anonymised.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies on the Partner platform, and we do not embed advertising pixels or trackers of any kind.

Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use, and are subject to that provider's own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics, opt-in through the cookie banner. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps — venue location and address autocomplete. Loaded only after you allow functional cookies; until then no request reaches Google from a map surface.
- Cloudflare — security and denial-of-service protection; may set a cookie to identify trusted traffic.
Managing your preferences
The first time you open the dashboard you are asked to accept all cookies, reject the non-essential ones, or open the settings and choose. Accepting and rejecting are presented with equal prominence, and neither is pre-selected. You can change them at any time from the cookie settings in the dashboard footer.
You can also control cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the platform working.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy. Changes are published on this page and the "last updated" date above changes with them. Where a change is substantive we tell you in the app or by email.
