Simply the best.Humble guy ,make you feel confortable and its very proffessional.
I've traveled all over the world and have had so many haircuts in so many different countries. Never have I felt so welcome as in Barber Sebi's shop. His friend was in the shop and the 3 of us had a great conversation while Sebi cut my hair. 30 minutes later I had an excellent haircut and two new friends. We sipped coffee and kept chatting until his next appointment, and I'm sad that I won't be able to have this experience again as my next haircut will be many countries away. But upon my return to Tirana, this will be the first place I'll have planned. Thanks, Sebi!
